Hot Stones

Warm stones provide soothing, sustained heat that helps relax tense muscles and prepares the body for deeper bodywork.

The combination of therapeutic heat and targeted massage can help reduce muscle guarding, encourage circulation, and make areas of persistent tension more receptive to treatment.

Hot stones can be incorporated strategically throughout the session based on the client’s needs and the areas being addressed.

Herbal Balls

Traditional heated herbal compresses combine warmth, aromatic herbs, and gentle compression for a uniquely relaxing addition to bodywork.

The warm herbal balls are pressed, rolled, and gently compressed against selected areas of the body, combining moist heat with the sensory experience of traditional herbal therapy.

They pair particularly well with Thai-inspired bodywork by adding warmth and rhythmic compression to areas of muscular tension.

Oiled Scalp Massage

A deeply relaxing scalp massage using oil and slow, deliberate techniques to release tension throughout the scalp, head, and surrounding muscles.

The treatment provides a calming sensory experience and complements full-body massage by addressing an area that commonly holds significant tension.

Because oil is applied directly to the scalp and hair, clients should expect their hair to be oily following the service.
